Join us for a taste of Italy through the world of cheeses! This class will be taught by Mrs. Cheese, local educator and former cheesemonger, alongside the Sprezzatura team. Each ticket guarantees you a five cheese tasting that explores the various makers, milking animals, and regions which make Italian cheeses so famous. And it can’t be an Italian class without a glass of prosecco and some hearty appetizers!
This class will be held at the Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, 616 North Highland Avenue on Thursday, January 15 at 6:30pm. Complimentary prosecco is provided, but please BYOB any additional beverages you desire.
