Spend a Thursday evening out in Millvale, listening to the stellar sounds of jazz, enjoying a multi-course meal from Sprezzatura, and seeing the famous murals of Maxo Vanka at St. Nicholas Church. The Adam Bleil Quintet is a high-energy jazz group that places a large emphasis on the music’s traditions, while taking inspiration from many of the contemporary masters. Playing the music of Cedar Walton, Benny Golson, Gigi Gryce, and many others, the quintet is made up of Adam Bleil (trumpet/EVI), Evan McGlennen (saxophone), Joe Sheehan (keyboard), Christopher McGraw (bass), and Thomas Wendt (drums).
