Italian Heritage Soup Class with the Heinz History Center

Join us with the Italian American Program with the Heinz History Center. The Sprezzatura team will share secrets to creating authentic Italian heritage soups, just in time to keep you warm and full through the winter. Attendees will enjoy a light dinner of soup, salad, and biscotti. The session covers Giambotta, Ribollita (Lazio-style), and Parmesan egg square, with a recipe provided for each.
