Join us for a hands-on learning experience and find out how to make the finest focaccia! Learn from Lorraine, our focaccia baker, about the various doughs, toppings, and traditions while making and eating delicious breads made in the Italian tradition. And it can’t be an Italian class without a glass of prosecco and some hearty appetizers to include dips, spreads, and soup to pair with your housemade focaccia!
This class will be held at Millvale Market at 524 Grant Avenue. Complimentary prosecco is provided, but please BYOB any additional beverages you desire.
