Join us for a summertime evening dedicated to the sweet and savory combination of mead and cheese. This class will be taught by Mrs. Cheese, local educator, former cheesemonger, and Sprezzatura friend.. Each ticket guarantees you a flight of cheeses that explores pairings with different meads from both local and international makers. We’ll end the class enjoying appetizers from Sprezzatura!
This class is for ages 21+; alcohol will be served. The class will be held at Millvale Market (524 Grant Ave Floor 1, Millvale, PA 15209). Sample sizes of each mead will be served, but please feel free to BYOB any additional beverages you desire.
