Back by popular demand: PASTA PARTY! Jen’s own mom will be in the house as the Sprezzatura team throws down homemade pasta – we will make four types of pasta and discuss various Italian heritage shapes and sauces: Gnocchi, pappardelle, cavatelli, and straight up spaghetti. Get ready to eat and laugh with our Italian mammas. We’ll serve up a Prosecco Aperitif to kick off the evening, with dinner served in courses throughout the demonstration.
